怡境在創造一個個落地項目的同時，也在推動“重構永續生態，賦能品質生活”的理念落地，積極聯合高校和政府機構投入設計研發，跳出具體的項目從行業的角度發現市場未來，通過具體的課題研究建立可實踐的、具有前瞻性的理論體系。目前怡境已經成立了集團研究中心、廣東風景園林工程技術研究中心、文旅研發設計中心、商旅創意研究所等研究機構，涉及領域包括整體設計領域、景觀領域和文旅研究，多項研究成果獲得國家專利。
GVL has always practiced with the idea of “reconstructing a sustainable eco system and creating a high-quality life”. Actively cooperating with colleges and universities as well as the government, GVL has established a feasible, practical and prospective system. By now, it has set up its group research center, Guangdong landscape engineering technology research center, cultural tourism R&D center and commercial tourism research center. GVL has held a number of patents for its research in integrated design, landscape and cultural tourism.
